Dr. Rebecca Easaw 2

Dr Rebecca Easaw, Dentist

Dr Rebecca graduated from the University of Melbourne and has been working at Clarity Dental since 2014. Coming from a medical family, she believes that oral health has a significant impact on our overall well-being and ensures all options are discussed to help you make an informed decision about your oral health goals.

A strong believer in minimal intervention dentistry, Dr Rebecca aims to help reduce your risk of disease, as prevention is better than cure when it comes to teeth. She is a strong advocate for handling problems before they require more complex solutions. Once a procedure is required, she takes all steps to provide high-quality treatment so your tooth will need as few restorations as possible over its lifetime.

Reducing dental anxiety in the community is another goal she has. Her own experience of having fillings in the dental van with no anaesthetic has really helped her understand anxieties about seeing the dentist. She makes it a point to get to know her patients and understand their needs well. Her gentle care has patients so relaxed that it is not uncommon for them to fall asleep in the dental chair!

Dr Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to the team and has a special interest in Invisalign. She is also an educator for the dentistry students at La Trobe University. She consults on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one Saturday a month.

In her spare time, you’ll find Dr Rebecca hanging out with her two dogs, reading or listening to podcasts.
